Jim Smith III, PMP: President: Jim has helped numerous corporations, government agencies and nonprofit organizations in the areas of strategic planning, outsourcing, global product development, system integration and program turnarounds. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and often provides project management training for early stage ventures and growth organizations. His expertise spans the telecommunications, healthcare, finance and government sectors with such noteworthy organization as Verizon, Bank of America, Commonwealth of Virginia and the Social Security Agency. His academic background consists of a BA in Physics from Occidental College, MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business with a concentration in finance and entrepreneurship. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends and playing squash, racquetball and has recently taken up golf.
Vikrant Kothari: VP of Operations: Vik is a strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and has a proven track record of improving operational efficiency at large government and commercial clients. Prior to joining Digital Network Group, Vik was a Principal at Computer Sciences Corporation where he developed process reengineering strategies impacting as many as 20,000 users. Vik holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and an MS from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst). He also holds the title of Palmer Scholar from Wharton for outstanding academic achievement. Vik loves to travel, cook, and spend time with his family when not fighting a fire. His wife is a nutritionist and they have two kids –five years old son and six months old daughter.
Dwight Mendes: Director of Data Analytics: Mr. Mendes has more than 20 years of experience in the software development industry. Before joining Digital Network Group, he founded and served as President of Innovative Technology Group, Inc.(ITG)—a leading data integration and business intelligence services firm that counted Metropolitan Life Insurance Co., Merrill Lynch, Solomon Smith Barney, Schering Plough Pharmaceutical and Warner Lambert Pharmaceutical amongst its successful clients. Mr. Mendes holds a Master of Business Administration degree with an information technology specialization from Harvard University, a Master of Science degree in Management Information Science from New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Anisha Robinson Keeys: Director of Strategic Partnerships: Anisha has 13 years of fundraising and marketing experience, and has raised over $40 million dollars in the areas of youth and women's empowerment, disaster relief, arts, and health care. In tandem with her success with strategic partnerships, Anisha has a proven track record in the creation, development and implementation of a diverse portfolio of branded special events, charity walkathons and conferences. Anisha is a graduate of Chestnut Hill College and a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and of Meeting Planners International. She serves on the boards of the Columbia North YMCA and the Solomon Principal Group.
Alis Adjahoe: Director, KP Speakers Bureau: Ms. Adjahoe has over 15 year of experience working in a program governance role in the IT, Medical and Financial Accounting arenas. She has a proven ability to bring order in the midst of chaos and is an invaluable member of the KP Scholars Team. She holds a BS in Accounting from Southern University in New Orleans, LA and enjoys softball, exercising and downtime with her family.
